Overview
Gap Conference is a gathering centered on activation—equipping believers to step into their calling and live sent, both locally and globally. Hosted in the Dallas/Irving area by Sent Ones Ministries, the event brings together worship, teaching, and hands-on training to create a space that is both challenging and empowering.
Vertical Productions partnered with the team behind Gap to help elevate the overall experience of the conference. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to transform a standard ballroom into something immersive, intentional, and completely unrecognizable from its original form.
Through thoughtful design and strategic implementation, we reimagined the space using LED screens, lighting, and full technical integration. Every element—from stage layout to visual composition—was crafted to create depth, scale, and focus. The result was an environment that felt expansive and engaging, drawing attention to what mattered most in each moment.

Our scope included equipment rentals, audio, lighting, and full system setup, along with creative direction for the space itself. Each decision was made to support the flow of the conference, ensuring that transitions between sessions felt seamless and that the environment could adapt to a variety of moments throughout the event.
Across multiple sessions, our team remained focused on execution at the highest level. From lighting programming to on-site management, every detail was handled with precision—removing distractions and creating a space where attendees could stay fully present and engaged.
The result was more than a transformed room—it was an atmosphere that supported the mission of the conference. Together with Sent Ones Ministries, we helped create an environment that encouraged focus, clarity, and activation throughout every part of the experience.
